Epcot with Special Needs

EPCOT is one of the best Disney World theme parks to visit if you or someone in your family has a disability. Most of the EPCOT attractions are not rides, especially the ones located in the World Showcase, and Disney World does an outstanding job of making sure every guest has a great time on their vacation.

If you or a family member has a special need with have written two articles for you below which will make your visit to EPCOT more enjoyable. One thing we suggest is to go to the customer service desk located at the entrance to EPCOT and talk with a customer service agent about your disability. Disney’s customer service agents are very knowledgeable and they will be more than happy to assist you. One of the best things Disney does for guests with special needs is to allow them to wait in air conditioned waiting rooms next to the attraction (this is truly a blessing during the dog days of summer).

» Select one of the options below:

  1. Hearing & Seeing Impaired Guests
  2. Physically Impaired Guests

We recommend to our guests with special needs to stay at Disney World hotels, because the shuttle services are a little easier to get on and off than the ones shuttle buses use off site.
